Replacement Policy We stand behind the quality of our stock. While it is rare for a specialist rose to fail, we will replace any rose that perishes despite being correctly planted and well looked after. If you have concerns about a plant's progress, please reach out to us for horticultural advice.
Arrival Concerns If your roses arrive with significant damage from transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photograph of the plant and the packaging so we can assist you immediately.
Change of Mind Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
