Shipping Information

Australia-Wide Delivery We provide specialist delivery of our roses across Australia. To ensure your plants arrive in peak condition, we use custom-designed packaging that protects the root system and foliage during transit. We have a flat shipping rate of $28 for all orders.

Potted & Bare Root Seasons

• Potted Roses: Available and shipped year-round. These are dispatched in their pots with established root systems.
• Bare Root Roses: These dormant plants are shipped without soil during the winter months, typically between June and August.

State Quarantine Restrictions Please note that we only ship bare root roses to Western Australia and Tasmania due to strict biosecurity regulations. We cannot ship potted roses to these states. Additionally, certain species (such as Rosa canina) are prohibited and cannot be sent to these regions.

Dispatch Schedule To ensure plants are not held in courier depots over the weekend, we generally dispatch orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will receive tracking details once your roses are on their way.
